Assistant Manager Human Resources

Role Description

The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for performing day-to-day HR tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. They will also assist in HR data management and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Experience in recruitment and selection
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
