Senior SAP Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Consultant to lead SAP implementation, configuration, integration, optimization, and support activities. The ideal candidate will have strong functional or technical SAP expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Configure and customize SAP modules according to business needs.
Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
Prepare functional and technical specifications where required.
Work with developers and integration teams on SAP enhancements and interfaces.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Perform system testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
Prepare project documentation, process flows, and user guides.
Support data migration, master-data activities, and system integrations.
Coordinate with business users, project managers, vendors, and other SAP teams.
Mentor junior SAP consultants and provide technical/functional guidance.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and SAP system performance.
Ensure SAP solutions follow security, compliance, and organizational standards.
Required Skills
5–10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
Strong hands-on experience in one or more SAP areas such as:
SAP S/4HANA
SAP FI/CO
SAP MM
SAP SD
SAP PP
SAP HCM
SAP SuccessFactors
SAP EWM
SAP WM
SAP ABAP
SAP Basis
SAP FICO
Strong understanding of SAP business processes.
Experience with SAP implementation and/or support projects.
Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
SAP certification in the relevant module.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP transformation projects.
Exposure to SAP integrations, APIs, middleware, or third-party systems.
Experience with SAP implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate.
Experience working with international clients or distributed teams.
