- Analytical Skills in Information Technology and Operating Systems
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to document technical information clearly and concisely
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Experience with SAP systems is preferred
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus
- Professional certification in an IT-related field is an asset
