  • Strong communication skills and ability to document technical information clearly and concisely
  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Experience with SAP systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus
  • Professional certification in an IT-related field is an asset
