Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by User:
- Before Job Posting: If a user cancels a job posting before it goes live on the platform, a full refund will be issued.
- After Job Posting:
- Within 7 days: A full refund will be issued.
- After 24 hours but before the job expires: No refunds will be issued.
- After the job expires: No refunds will be issued.
2. Cancellation by the Platform:
- The platform reserves the right to cancel a job posting under certain circumstances, such as:
- Violation of the platform’s terms of service.
- Illegal or unethical job postings.
- Failure to provide accurate or complete information.
- In case of cancellation by the platform, a full refund will be issued to the user.
3. Refund Process:
- Refunds will be credited within 7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Force Majeure:
- Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but 1 not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, 2 labor strikes, and government regulations.
